Collision + injury while riding in Uber?

| Has anyone here been injured whilst riding in an Uber? Police report, if you can call it that, is basically nothing but time and date. Other driver was undocumented and not charged or detained. Any advice? |

| No experience, sorry. I do wonder why insurance companies aren’t more aware of Uber drivers and delivery people. |

It is funny that you mention this because my insurance company did in fact ask if my newly insured vehicle was going to be used for any ride sharing or part time delivery operations. |

| What is it that you want? Did you seek medical attention? If so your insurance will ask whether the injury was the result of a car accident. |
