Lack of comms from Camp Rim Rock - any experience or information?

Hi there - I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced a concerning lack of communication from Camp Rim Rock. I have been trying to call the main line for the last week. There's been no answer. I booked a meeting time through their website for early this evening, received a confirmation and then... no one called. I have also emailed and texted. Also troubling, a fellow parent was double charged months ago and has not received a refund. Has anyone encountered this before? Any idea of why this is happening? Is this their usual way of operating. I'm aware of troubles after the bankruptcy filing but have otherwise heard firsthand good reviews of camper experiences.

I think Joe is struggling and dodging people. I've been owed a refund of over $2800 for a timely cancelation several years ago, that per the bankruptcy settlement is supposed to be repaid in 20% installments, the 5 each 6 months apart, and so far I got $500 in late January (a month late) and that's it. I tried to call last week and then e-mailed, and no reply. Your experience and what you relay regarding others suggests that Joe has continuing money and related administrative troubles. My daughter is 17 and went to Rim Rock for 5 years before I canceled the final time for which I'm owed my money back. So I'm no longer a customer (my 2 other children are boys). My only remaining business with Rim Rock is seeking my money.
