The Exercise Coach: any experience?

Saw an ad for this in Cleveland Park: https://exercisecoach.com/cleveland-park/
It looks like it's a national franchise and it looks designed to appeal to people like me (averse to normal gyms, older, some mobility limitations, coming back to exercise). Curious if anybody's tried them. |
