We enter from the back side door of the bus, and then we noticed some people sweaping the card so we card so are they free? We got on 2 busses and didn’t pay anything and they didn’t say anything to us.

There's no free bus, either you swipe at the front door or if it's a select bus, you swipe at the machine outside. Otherwise, it's stealing.
