Breast LIFT-timing

Anonymous
How many months would you want to be at your ideal weight and how many months of weight training before you would take the step to move forward with a breast lift?

No amount of weight training is going to fix saggy breasts. Sure if you work on your chest muscles it will have a slight lifting affect, but it won't be anything close to what a breast lift will do for you. And the lifting affect is temporary for only as long as you continue working on that muscle. So, as soon as you know you're where you want to be with your weight give or take 10lbs, then get the lift done.
