Can you use frozen fruit in a pie?

And if so, do you need to bake it longer? And defrost beforehand?

Yes, you can use it. I never defrost first. I’m not exact about my baking times (I go off a nicely browned crust and bubbling filling) but I would imagine I end up cooking frozen a few minutes longer at least.
