eyelash growth serum causing my skin to darken

anyone else? My undereye constantly looks like I have brownish eye shadow underneath. I've been using the serum on my upper eyelids about 3x/week, but since I go to sleep right after I put the serum on, it's getting on my skin under the eye. The upper lid along the lash long is also slightly discolored.

Anyone find a remedy to that? I like the eyelash results of the serum but not the under eye shadow. I know this is a common side effect of the serum.

Yes but it was the periorbital fat loss that made me quit the serum. I used RevitaLash. Be careful.

op here.. yea, I'm noticing that, too, and I'm 52, so the skin around there is already thin.

I guess I'll reduce the usage.

Lash serum made my eyes twitch in addition to discoloring my eyes and skin around ... I don't trust the stuff

This stuff made my dad’s blue eyes have permanent change to the color. Brown specks.

Yup, happened to me with Latisse. The dark lines went away soon after I quit using it.

Ugh, I just tried Grande Lash and it made my eyes SO dry that my vision was blurry. It took me a few days to make the connection (b/c I was also reading a good book and stayed up too late the first couple of nights!). Cleared up when I stopped. I do like the Grande Brows and I am liking their mascara.

I sort of like it. It makes my eyelashes purple. It goes away when I stop using it. I haven’t noticed dark under my eyes.

It’s a documented side effect…so yes, lots of some else’s. Stop using it.

Happened to me too, I had to stop using it. Too bad because my friend's lashes are insanely long from Grande Lash.

I am very pale and used Latisse for over a year and it never caused any discoloration of my eye or the skin around my eye. I applied it using a very fine eye liner brush and never used the brush provided as it put too much of the Latisse on my skin. Those brushes are horrible.

Also don't abuse it. It's one of those things that people in online forums admit to abusing because they assume applying more will be better.

Read the back of the box/product insert. This is a recognized and common side effect.
