I drove out on 66 to McLean today and every single driver was in the left lane. So I had the right lane all to myself, breezing by y’all.

McLean was my destination.

I took it to the toll road / 123.

Why not just stay on the beltway- were you coming from MD? Do you mean the "toll road" as in rt 267 ir the EZ Pass lanes?
