| You can't. You'll only waste your money on creams and potions. Either go see a dermatologist for multiple sessions of laser or buy a good concealer to cover it. |

OP melasma is one of the hardest conditions to treat. I've watched Dr. Vanita Rattan on youtube who talks about treating melasma/hyperpigmentation with over the counter products. I did follow her process layering products by The Ordinary and had success with it but it didn't completely get rid of it.

| Not the answer you want but the only thing that worked for me was BBL treatments. Before that I used dermablend cover crème to hide it. |

Tretinoin and mine has a percentage of tranexamic acid
I got mine from Apostrophe because going to the dermatologist is so time consuming with work. I've loved it! |
