Facial sunscreen for the summer

Anonymous
I am usually an Elta MD Clear gal but I need something that is more water resistant and won't clog pores on my face. Any suggestions?

Trader Joes has a doop for Super Goop's famous sunscreen. I bought 3 last time I was there:

I just bought this too. It rubs in very nicely.

Stings like hell if you get it in your eyes! Not sweat resistant, as I found out on our humid days this past week. Didn’t get any color on my face though, so that was great.

I like this one too. But my dermatologist told me that I should really be using one that contains zinc. The one in her office has zinc but is way more expensive!

The description emphasizes that it's oil-free and absorbs quickly. Am I putting on too much? Because it felt like it never completely soaked in and I felt like I had a bit of slickness all afternoon that bugged me.

I'm the PP who posted the TJ link. I am not a big "sweater" so I've never experienced this, that said I have used it in humid climates - Maui, Oahu etc, and never had an issue. I live in a dry climate currently.

I was there the other day and they had them on display at the checkout stand. But again, I'm in CA.

Good it works for you but this is a nightmare for people who are acne prone.
