Is COSA decision emailed?

We are waiting on the status of our COSA application and I was wondering if they send the approval/ denial letter as an email or through the mail. Also, about how long did it take? Thanks!

We noticed that DC’s school for next year had changed in ParentVue a couple of weeks before we got a hard copy of the signed form in the mail.

Ours was mailed -- just a photocopy of the form sent back with approved checked.

It is only mailed back but you can call the office and ask for an update.
