I have a vehicle in my garage that was last registered on 2020. I haven’t used it since. What do I need to do to get it re registered.

Go to a state inspection station and give them your registration card. Tell them you need safety and emissions checks done on it. If it passes, they will give you a printout with a transaction id. Go on the Virginia DMV website and renew your registration using the transaction id.
