Wonder if this is related to Israel’s current bombing campaign? If so look more of this around the Middle East.

Tunisia is slipping back into a dictatorship. I'd be shocked if we don't see a lot more extremest violence there

Yes. You think our involvement in Afghanistan and Iraq did not lead to attacks against the US? Israel government is stirring the pot by making aggressive moves to provoke reactions. It all started with Israel’s raids on al-Aqsa Mosque. Now it’s a tit for tat with Israel escalating every time. They bomb helpless people in an area controlled by Israel. The last attack killed women and children(some were as young as 5 years old). These action are meant to cause a reaction.

Call me cynical but this is what Bibi wants. There are many Israelis who are opposed to the judicial reforms, protesting the government and are refusing reservist call up orders. Also active duty personnel are refusing orders. Now Bibi can attack those people as being anti Israel and saying only Israel can protect jews.

why did he target a synagogue in Tunisia then?

I do not know. Why don’t you ask him or the Palestinians who now view him as a hero for striking back against Israel? It may have had something to do with the picture and video of the little kids killed in the West Bank that are all over the internet.
