| I can’t drink just one so I don’t drink often. Any time I drink I intend to get drunk but often stop at 2 drinks just because I don’t feel well. If I get drunk I get bad hangovers, gastro issues and feel horrible for like three days . |

“I can’t drink just one.”
The inability to predict/set in advance the amount one will drink and stick to it is a classic hallmark of alcoholism. That you attempt to continue to drink after multiple bad experiences is another indicator. That you question whether you have a problem is a third incubator. AA gets a lot of hate on DCUM but it’s free and a few meetings might prove informative. |
I’m male. Will it still help? |
