AAP appeals: how long was your cover letter?

Title says it all. Did you try to keep it to one-page or is it the more information, the better?

I asked the central office. They said keep it one page. They might not read anything over that. FYI.

Keep it to one page. The cover letter should basically just be a "hey, please look over our packet once more for these reasons". Two pages is entirely too much.
