Not unless it becomes habitual. The only thing from MS that colleges see is a few HS level courses taken. So if the suspensions affect grades, maybe. |

My kid got suspended in 9th grade for a fight that he did not start. The first full year back from COVID. The kids were a wreck.
At the time, it made me wonder if the landscape had changed a bit, and colleges might recognize that kids were in turmoil and cut some slack. But I have a friend who teaches in Carroll County and they say kids are extremely well behaved and fights are very rare. Poor behavior is rare. We shall see what happens when my kid starts applying to colleges. |
