It’s not DC but Maryland. The Bladensburg Maryland Police Department is not DC. Preliminary investigation revealed that at about 11:35 AM., Officers were dispatched to the 4200 53rd Avenue Bladensburg, Maryland is not DC.

A separate but related issue to the jackings is that car THEFT is up tremendously in DC and likely in surroundings areas. In a recent crime a car had been stolen from an airport lot. Crickets from DC Council thus far. Bowser is having a safety summit tomorrow. Will be livestreamed. Can't imagine how much insurance rates are going to climb. Is there any way to get USAO or AG and judges to have ANY skin in the game? They also have no accountability as none are elected in DC.

Also true = Because of it's proximity to the shittiest part of DC, Bladensburg is also a shithole. That's what happens when DC criminals start walking two blocks East into Prince George's County and start jacking folks.
