Are they just doing the “academy” thing again or are people seeing offers with actual team colors on them?

I am also looking for this information as well as anyone currently in the program on how the training is and all.

My oldest son is struggling in a large program on one of the lower teams and I know he isn't playing in college but he loves the sport. He needs out of the current environment to build his confidence up. We did a trial with LMVSC and he liked the kids and the practice but changing is always scary. The lower LMVSC team at his level would be below where he currently is playing.

If the offer doesn't share the team, are they receptive to telling you or is it tied to separating them in the summer when the teams are all fully set?

They do a generic Academy offer. Previously, a player won't be placed on a Red Team (Higher) or White Team (Lower) until Labor Day. This gives coaches the month of August to better evaluate players during the August practices.
