Previous years of getting in Chinese immersion with #33 on waitlist for K

My son is in waitlist #33 for Bayard Rustin for K. Wondering if there is any previous year information of getting in for such number? If so, when was the information released (e.g., late August, or September/October after school starts)?

#30 and offered a spot over the summer. In my experience with 3 MCPS kids, the Chinese waitlist moves the fastest.

Early summer, but we didn't take it.
