Explain Amazon Prime's 5% off at Whole Foods to me

I shop at Whole Foods and use my Chase Amazon Visa card, which typically gives me 5% off on any Amazon purchase. I'm also a prime member.

Can I use a DIFFERENT credit card, like one that gives me 2% back on everything, to pay for my groceries, and still get the 5% off by entering my prime information at check out??

No, you get the 5% cash back if you use the Amazon visa card.
