I would guess at least $200; I think most are willing to come as frequently as you wish, but obviously, they charge more if they are coming every two weeks or more because the house is dirtier. We generally figure out, how long will it take to clean the house and then multiply by an hourly rate - usually $30-40/ man hour

$300-$350 every other week. Maybe $50-$75 less if weekly.
