Is this WISC too low for AAP appeal?

My DD (3rd grade) received a 123 (94% percentile) on WISC... I assume this is too low despite the "Very High" range.
Cogat was 135... I assume this is not great either?

My reason for AAP is that the level III classes are too easy. School and AART not helpful at all. Can't get any questions answered ... very frustrating.

I would not submit that WISC, especially since CogAT is much higher.

135 is good one Cogat but things are crazy now. Appeal but I probably wouldn’t include the wisc. Sorry.

Don't include the WISC.

Appeal. The Cogat is good. Include some description/anecdotes of gifted behaviors using the GBRS as a guideline. There's no need to make stuff up.
