Sitter in Philly July 31?

Looking for a sitter to stay with our 2.5 year old and 1 year old daughters while my husband and I go to a family wedding. I'll get the girls to sleep; just looking for someone to stay in the adjoining room in case of emergency. Would be about 7 PM to 11 PM and would ideally like a local college student / au pair / nanny. Any recommendations? (Hotel is in downtown Philly.)

How much are you paying for this? I could ask my SIL-she is a recent U of Penn law grad--no job yet so she had been working for our family's Delco based business temporarily--so maybe she would be willing. She watches my kids when we are in Philly. If you could leave an email address-I could have her contact you.

Oh the other idea for you would be to talk to the hotel..I am assuming it is a nice one yes? The nice ones contract with local nanny agencies and you could ask to have one of their reg placed nannies to sit. I have done this before with Four Seasons/Ritz Carlton properties and the nanny placed with me had a long track record with said hotel. That is another idea.

If it is a family wedding why not ask the immediate family, the hosts of the wedding to help. They should know of someone local.
