Hoopla

Can someone explain Hoopla to me? I just got a library card through PG County since DC public libraries don't support Hoopla, but all I'm seeing is music no digital books or audio books. What am I missing? Am I doing something wrong?

I would love to be able to but I can't seem to get it on my computer or phone. Even my tech-savvy DH wasn't able to master it. Maybe go into the library and ask for help there?

Just like Libby, libraries pay for what they offer in the app. Some libraries have books, audiobooks, music, and movies. Some have just one or two kinds of media.
