| That’s what my son tells me, but they are so comfy. |
| Yeah they’re not the best looking but I think if you’re not a “cool” dcum mom (myself included, although I’m currently wearing my crocs), you may not care |
| Skechers have never, ever been “cool”. But that shouldn’t stop you from wearing them. |
| They are not cool. But they work for my problem feet, and are reasonably-priced, so I wear them. |
Wait, are you telling me that 10 Thing I Hate About You lied to us?
|
I definitely thought they were cool in the 90s! Loved their magazine ads |
| I was leafing through a magazine and found an ad with Martha Stewart wearing the same sketchers that I do. I guess I can we can add this to the list of ways in which I am cringe. Shrug. |
| just fyi -- In case you have narrow-sized feet, I think they run a little wide. |
|
No they aren’t.
I am wearing a pair of Sketchers as I type this. |
| they run sooooo small gave up on them a long time ago. |
| I'm sure they look cool to you, but your son is right. Not cool, since the beginning. |
| Its definitely going around the elem schools.. there is some song or phrase about it. My kids were saying it until we threatened to only buy them sketchers. |
|
They are, but I have purchased them (I gave them to my 80 year old mom because they ran large and fell of my feet).
DH has a pair and they are no worse than the other dorky things he puts on his feet. |
Okay but the cool part is that she is doing Skechers ads with her friend Snoop https://www.rollingstone.com/product-recommendations/lifestyle/snoop-dogg-martha-stewart-skechers-super-bowl-commercial-1234679199/ |

Skechers not cool. Current ads are starring Mr. T.
More importantly, i watch a lot of daytime tv while i work from home and the daytime ads are all pushing their "no bend down" slip on sneakers for old people who can't lean over to tie their shoes. That's about their current market, right? |
