puppy suddenly barking all the time outside

My 5th month old puppy who is not a big barker, suddenly is barking a lot when she is out back. It doesn't help that a neigbors dog is always barking but now my pup is doing it even on her own, and not really at anything.
Ideas on how to curb this before it becomes a behavior that sticks. I know you are supposed to ignore barking but i feel bad if she is just barking outside!

Bring her inside when she barks.

Our dog, now almost 2, hardly barked at all until she was about 6 months old. Then she started barking at everything. No idea how to curb it; when she starts barking a lot in the yard I bring her inside. She also barks when people come to the door and when I’m home I have her lie down, which settles her. When I’m not home I’m perfectly happy for her to discourage people from trying to get into the house because of her ferocious bark.

Our neighbors dog barks all.the.time. So annoying, especially now when I have the windows open. Please take barking dog inside

You have to bring her in when she barks outside but, otherwise train her to not to bark by yes letting her out when she is quiet ( even for a second) That's how I trained my dog not to bark in the crate. When he was quiet I would give him attention/treat. When he barked I ignored.
