DC tax refund -- how long

I recently filed an amended individual DC tax return that resulted in a higher refund on both my individual tax account and my unincorporated account for a rental property. DC responded fairly quickly and I've already seen the amended return show up in my online account as processed, and credit balances show up on both accounts. This week, I called the DC OTR help line and was told that both refunds were pending final approval would be sent to us soon via mail.

On Friday the balances on both accounts went to zero. Am I right in thinking this means the refund checks were approved and might be on their way? Has anyone else experienced this ? How long until you received the refunds in the mail?
