Scheduling Cornell Tours

Shy is this so hard? Having trouble finding any summer tour dates....javascript:void(0);

My kid isn't considering Cornell, but I just went to check it out just to see what you were talking about.

That's the most annoying campus tour calendar set up I've ever seen! It's annoying that you can only see one week at a time, and then you have to click on individual dates just for it to tell you nothing is available.

It is pretty annoying....You generally aren't just up in Ithaca so need to plan a specific trip

We ended up doing a self guided tour. Use Pocket sights. Honestly it worked out well---All the buildings at Cornell are open. You can walk around into the upper floors, sit in for a class, go eat at Morrison for lunch. The only thing we could not see were the inside of the dorms.

We couldn't get a tour but had no problem getting an admissions office session. Very informative discussion from Admissions officer and then student panel. I think each college does their own, which makes it especially useful. Of course would have preferred to have both session and tour, but was able to tour on our own fine.

Call and ask after May 1 when they’ll list summer dates and what days of week they’re offered.
If calendar says nothing scheduled, there’s nothing scheduled. If you look at I think next Thursday, it shows the scheduled times but says their full. Unless you’re seeing the latter, I doubt they’ve been scheduled yet. Some dates may have nothing - their calendar is terrible on my phone at least so it’s hard to see patterns like no Sunday tours.
