I thought this was an urban myth, but rats ate my car wiring.

| it happened to me too, but I rarely drove my car (maybe once or twice a month). After it happened, I rented a spot in a garage. If that's not possible, maybe you could just drive your car more often---and not always park it in your spot, but on the street occasionally. |

This does not happen with traditional plastic wiring, but with new soy-based wiring used by several manufacturers. You apparently have the soy-based wiring. |
Why not? They're just pellets. If they fall out when you're driving, just put some more under the hood at night. |
