Spanish 4 summer school

OP what are you trying to do? Skip ahead, preview, improve prior bad grade?

Do you have FL residency? How do you do this if you are out of state?

It looks like OOS, students can take the class for a fee.

Spanish IV Honors will be $475. My son took Spanish III H and Spanish IV H through FLVS because he did not have room in his schedule to take them at school. The program is far from perfect. It is pretty much for people who can teach themselves or sometimes have a tutor help.

We live in Florida but will be moving to DC or Maryland. Do you think the schools in the area will allow credit from FLVS? If so, my younger son may do the Spanish IV honors course online after we move.

I think if you present the course as something you took in the ordinary course of your FL schooling, MCPS would be more likely to accept it. MCPS has similar online programs. If it shows up on the school records that you will use when you register your child, I doubt they would deny it.

Nobody answered you but I didn’t see it as an option for BCC. I wanted my son to retake 2nd semester Spanish 3 because his teacher is absolutely horrific. Can’t figure out how to do that though. I’m still not sure I understand FLVS
