| Hosting a milestone birthday party in Fairfax County. I would like to have a balloon installation as a backdrop for a photo booth. Does anyone have a recommendation for a balloon artist that is reliable, talented, and local? I haven’t found anyone with all three qualities on my own. Also, does anyone have recommendations for a photo booth rental? I have called a couple of vendors and could only get a photo booth if we booked a DJ. |
