Cool, casual lightweight pants for summer - plus size

Apple shape and size 14. I need recommendations for casual lightweight pants that are good for summer and hot weather. I typically wear jeans and khaki-style pants three months of the year and then melt all summer long. I’ve tried loads of styles and materials but keep coming up empty handed for something that feels good and looks decent.

My parameters are:

* Good for casual, daily wear for errands and playing with kids. I need something that’s nicer than athletic wear but not as formal as traditional work pants.
* Prefer straight or skinny styles that keep their shape
* Mid rise or high rise work best for me
* Work with untucked shirts. I unfortunately have wide shoulders, a larger chest, and a short torso so tucking in doesn’t work for me.
* Need a structured waist band, either button and zipper style or pull on style with compression. Drawstring waists and paper bag styles don’t work well for me as I have a larger tummy and smaller behind.
* Any fabric is ok except for pure linen. It is too stretchy and wrinkly and on my body type, I always wind up with a saggy and loose seat that looks and feels not good!

I have and wear shorts and dresses, but I really need some pants too that will keep me cool and pulled together. Thanks in advance!

These are good, I know they’re a drawstring but it’s a pretty flat waist. They come out of the dryer fine. Tragically, they’re too short for me. But if you have a normal/short inseam they are worth trying.
