Prom question

Do the girls still want/wear a corsage? It seems so old fashioned to me, but I will do it if it is still current!

Wrist corsage or nose gay? For experience, I preferred a smaller scale wrist corsage so it didn’t look so grandmotherly. Some of them appear to be crawling up your arm!

I live in a town that seems to do prom in a pretty low key way, but corsages/boutonnières are still definitely a thing that most of them get

It depends on the friend group. They want to do what others are doing. Corsage > nosegay

My experience in the last couple years is yes, homecoming and prom. They want the flowers.

If a boy gives it to them then of course they want to wear it. My son got one for his homecoming date. He went with 4 other couples and all the girls got one.

He will get one for his prom date as well.

If you mean you buying one for her, then no.

If you have a son, tell him to get his date one.

My daughter just went to prom this weekend and yes, the girls with dates were given a corsage.

And I bought a boutonniere for her to pin on her date's lapel.
