What common app colleges don’t require additional essays?

Looking for some safeties for my future premed son. He is reach heavy. I think his targets may even be actual reaches.

Can you simply just apply to colleges by just paying the application fee?

Pitt and Case Western are both great for premed and don’t have any supplemental essays.

There are lots of them. Just google "colleges that don't require supplemental essays" and there will be multiple sites with sample lists.

Most don’t, look further down the list. JMU didn’t.

Drexel. GMU's extra essay isn't too bad.

JMU has an optional personal essay - if you don't bother to do it, you just look lazy.

I googled “common app colleges that don’t require supplemental essays” and I did get a list of colleges but they weren’t specific to common app. DS was so relieved that he could just check a bunch of boxes.
