Exercises for back (under bra line)

Anonymous
My daughter had a clothing give away pile and since we’re about the same size I decided to try on to see if anything would look good on me. I tried on one of the half shirts with some high waisted jeans and oh my the result was shocking. I had fat on my back between my bra and waist. I’m not over weight at all and I do workout regularly, mostly walks and weights. How can I trim up my back?

Maybe your bra is the wrong size. It takes months and months to notice progress.

You can't spot lose fat.

Swimming does wonders for this and also kettle bels. One easier thing to do at home is get a can in each hand if you don't have free weights and do exercises targeted for that area (Google it). Good luck. I have been swimming 15 laps 3 times a week for the last month and notice a big difference in the way clothes fit in the bra area and also the underarm area.

You might not be overweight, but you might be skinny fat. Back fat, like any other fat needs to be targeted via calorie deficit and not by any targeted exercises.
