Online questionnaire! Looking for mothers with newborns up to 6 months!

My name is Elisabeth and I am studying rehabilitation psychology in Germany.
Currently, I am writing my master’s thesis about “Differences in well-being and health among mothers in Germany and the USA - a comparison.”
For this purpose, I would like to learn more from mothers with newborns and infants up to 6 months of age about their general health using the SF-36. The SF-36 is an established questionnaire in psychology since 1992.
• Participation in the questionnaire is anonymous and voluntary. It is possible to cancel the questionnaire anytime and incomplete questionnaires will not be saved or
evaluated.
• The questionnaire is completed online and takes about 10 minutes.
