Roasting frozen brussel sprouts?

Defrost them first? Roast frozen? I just dont want them to be soggy.

ugh, they'll be soggy. brussel sprouts are one vegetable that don't work well frozen.

In wintertime, when I roast veggies, I buy a bag of fresh brussel sprouts at Costco.

def use the fresh ones...you can get them at most stores now. I do mine with olive oil and balsamic...so yummy!

You can roast them right from frozen. They are good. Make sure you buy the frozen baby brussels.

Not the PP but I think PP is saying they don't have to be defrosted first.

That's right. You don't need to thaw them.
