Are there any splashpads/spraygrounds already on?

It's nearing 90 so I'd love to take my kids to splash around, but everything seems to be off until Memorial Day. Any early-opening splashpads in the area?

Ugh! None that I know of because this area follows the nonsense rule of Memorial Day for Water Play.
