I don’t eat breakfast (just can’t eat that early) so and typically lunch around 11/12. I’m often a little hungry between lunch and dinner, which is around 6. What are some good snacks to satiate me until dinner but that aren’t actual meals? |
yogurt, cottage cheese, i like to eat a piece of fruit with a cheese stick and some pretzels, cut up veggies and hummus |

Fresh air-popped popcorn. I love it. That's the actual popper I have. You don't need to use oil, just add the kernels and stick it in the microwave for 2 minutes. If you get one just make sure it's FDA food grade silicone.

I make sure to eat fruit. Otherwise, I would essentially never eat it. So I do things like:
apple w/either peanut butter or a handful of nuts (raw, refrigerated hazelnuts fill me up the most for some reason) slice of hard cheese and an apple orange and a pack of seaweed fruit smoothie w/whey protein powder if I'm really hungry or popcorn w/nutritional yeast And I keep a stash of these Awake Chocolate Bites -- or walk down to the store and buy just one -- because they're amazing, no added sugar, and somehow really filling. Lots of cottage cheese dip recipes online. The food processor smooths out the cheese chunks and add in lots of herbs and eat with cut up veggies. 1st recipe I found.

Venti black tea lemonade from Starbucks. Caffeine doesn’t normally quell my appetite in the least, but this drink does it. And doesn’t make me feel caffeinated; just awake. I normally overeat snacks, so it helps me. I might have a small serving of popcorn with it and that gets me through to dinner without any hunger pangs. |
Meant to add: I get it “unsweetened”. The lemonade makes it sweet enough! |
