It’s in Chevy Chase at the Collection, but Red Panda Art Studio has classes for that age range.

are you alreay in a preschool? They often have summer schools that will do this. If not, Country Day School in Mclean has such offerins but its much easier to attend if you are already in the mommy & me or Preschool program
