Get it checked. If your heartrate increases with minimum exercise then a) you are very out of conditioning or b) you have a heart problem.
If a) then you need to exercise regularly at very low impact and under supervision and monitoring for several weeks and ramp up your conditioning and stamina slowly and steadily so that your heart does not have to work hard for small efforts. Some kind of cardiac rehab. Also, if you have had COVID in the past 3 years, please get a complete heart checkup. Get a nuclear stress test done. |

I don't understand this question, it's called "cardio". That's why when you take your blood pressure for example, they want you seated and relaxed so you get a more accurate read.
Anything you do to move your body will increase your heart rate whether it's minimal or more than minimal. |

+1. This used to happen to me. Then I started having palpitations. Blood work showed my hemoglobin level was 5 (normal is about 12-16 for a woman). Now that I’m no longer anemic I don’t have any trouble with exertion, etc. |
