Infertility Support and Discussion

I'm going to be doing NCIVF at Dominion and am looking for info on the morning monitoring routine. What is the basic drill? What times are more or less busy? If I'm driving into the city afterward, when is the best time to do that, and how long will it take to get to the Farragut area? Is there anything else I should know to make sure things go smoothly and quickly?
I've done monitoring before elsewhere, but Dominion's location isn't super convenient and I'd like to minimize absence from work given that I might need to do several cycles just to get to retrieval. Thanks! |

I was monitored for betas and the hours are 7-9
I would go as early as possible I think to avoid traffic into dc |
| I was there this morning for my first monitoring around 8:30 am. It was already busy, so I definitely suggest going in before 8 am and then taking route 50 to DC (the ramp to 50 East is almost across the office). |
| For stimulated IVF, I would get in early (7am) to get in as quickly as possible. While it isn't DC, I did end up managing to get to work on time (Bethesda) through the monitoring and follow-up for 3 IVFs. |
