In San Francisco at Divisadero & Geary, there's an art installation at the Muni stop. https://www.sfartscommission.org/content/van-ness-bus-rapid-transit-public-art

Also, there's the heart project all around the city of San Francisco - https://www.google.com/maps/d/viewer?mid=1ZoOMgzCMWp152UkP_S5I1L4r6AY&hl=en_US&ll=37.77940856517291%2C-122.4236767946571&z=13

These are all great suggestions - I’ve been to all but the SF sites. In NYC there’s also Socrates Park. And Opus 40 in Woodstock NY

I enjoyed these Lego sculptures last time they were at the Museum of the Shenandoah Valley. They're coming back May 27th. https://www.themsv.org/events/sean-kenneys-nature-connects-made-with-lego-bricks/

If you would like a topiary garden, try Longwood Gardens. https://longwoodgardens.org/gardens/main-fountain-garden-district/topiary-garden

If you do come to SF for the outdoor art, you should also check out Balmy Alley. https://balmyalley.org/
