I will be absolutely shocked. Although my prediction was always that he wouldn’t make the end of his presidency (I thought it’s be a heart attack though).

Get what you need. His supporters already act as if he’s a martyr. I don’t want to hang hope that he’ll rot in jail dead broke after a lengthy public & humiliating trial. His children are all grifters like he is and have been their entire adult lives. I’d love to see them lose everything but they’ve been set up in ways that, that will never happen. So I’m fine with him dying in office after a long painful battle with covid.

I’m just worried about what this could mean for the election. The Republicans have never seen an opportunity to steal power without going after it wholeheartedly. What could they do? Try to call off the election because their candidate is sick? Hijack electoral collage votes in swing states? How likely is a nightmare scenario and how worries should I be?

But why would he need or want the kitchen sink if he's experiencing mild symptoms? You don't get chemotherapy for a cold - you rest, drink some soup, and wait a couple days to feel better.

Because he's freaking out, just like he freaked out when earlier WH outbreaks occurred. He's a germaphobe, he thinks sickness makes him look weak to America, and as long as he has it, the election is about his decisions on coronavirus.
