Bleeding stop and restart after D&C?

I posted this in the other forum but thought I might have better luck here.

I bled for 1/2 day after D&C, then felt fine and had no more bleeding. It's been 13 days and I just started bleeding again. I had sex two days ago (dr said it was ok) too.

Is this normal?

Did it happen to you? IF so when did you get your "real" period?

Yes! I had bleeding, not major, for a couple of days. Then it stopped for a week, then started again. Took 6 weeks to get a normal visit frpm Aunt Flo.
