Centers has lots of kids and not much staff. They rotate the assistants so the kids sees different people everyday. Most teachers quit.
Even if there are cameras they still abuse children |

| They are not paid well. The government should fund more and help these centers, daycares. Teachers, assistants deserves better pay |
