Carrie underwoods fluorescent green outfit

Fluorescent is back in a huge way. It looks fabulous on Carrie Underwood. For the rest of us it might be a bit harder to pull off. How do you wear fluorescent?

Here is the look:

Blonds can wear this color. Instead of head to toe, maybe a top in this color?

why? what's wrong with Norma Kamali?

I dislike everything about that outfit, not just the color, but Carrie Underwood is beautiful. If you look and sing like her, you can wear any fugly trend you want.

I feel like neon colors belong on the clearance rack and I never buy them.

The I dusty keeps trying to make a neon revival happen ... it's not going to happen. Maybe some people would buy an accent piece, but it'll never be like the 1980s again.

It's a lot of look for streetwear, but she's performing. I think it's actually perfect for that setting -- incredibly eye-catching, looks good with her coloring, but also comfortable and easy to wear for a performer who is moving around and dancing and jumping. Plus all the rhinestones are very country.

It's not an outfit meant to be evaluated the way you are talking about it.

Yes. She looks beautiful in this color. I remember when fluorescent was huge in the very early 1990s and I bout some fluorescent clothing and literally never wore it. It's hard to pull off. Carrie does it well.

I like neons on people who are tanned/darker skin toned and have brown hair. It’s hard for blondes to pull off.

Yes. When I think of neon colors my mind goes right to bathing suits. That's likely why.

I’m sure you know fashion but wouldn’t Norma Kamali know a little bit more than us as to what’s in style? Also, don’t you think Carrie Underwood has a team of experts or a stylist at least?
