Preparing to make hard-boiled eggs for Easter, and I’m wondering how many can I cook at once in the Instant Pot? I’ve only ever made a dozen, but need many more this year.

You can make as many as you can fit. I use racks to stack eggs.

Thanks! If I only have the bottom rack, should I not stack them? They would just be sitting on top of each other…

Probably? They won’t move much once you put them in.

You can stack them. I've made 2 dozen at a time, one or two cracked but the rest were perfect.

OP here. Stacking didn’t work, unfortunately! Ended up just doing 2 batches.
