Man shot and killed while sleeping in cabin of truck driving on I-295 in DC

The truck just happened to be caught in the crossfire of two cars... DC is really becoming dangerous... this is at least the 2nd time a person in a vehicle was killed by an errant sot not intended for them... these crimes/murders along with Congresswoman Craig being attacked, the Asian lady killed within an hour of checking into her Ivy City Hotel room, the roofing contractor randomly killed in SE, and the staffer of Rand Paul's being nearly killed by a random knife attack are not good signs for the future of the city.
