Chive cottage cheese

Anonymous
I accidentally bought chive cottage cheese the other day. I hate to toss it, and can't eat it as-is. Any suggestions for recipes that I can use it in? Thanks!

What's wrong with eating it as is? Sounds good.

Why do you not like chive cottage cheese?

Anyway, I think you can make some kind of pancake with the cottage cheese. Look on epicurious or just put into Google, "recipes with cottage cheese."

Thanks for the spaghetti pie recipe. I've never had it but am willing to try!

The thought of eating straight chive cream cheese makes me feel sick...it's just not my thing. I'm not really into onions and feel duped by Lucerne that I bought this by mistake!

I meant "cottage" cheese...although I don't care for chive cream cheese either.
